Brawn ti aiuta a registrare e capire allenamenti, sonno, recupero e alimentazione. Lo fornisce Gianluca Meneghetti (ApexMene). Usandolo accetti questi termini e l'informativa privacy.

Non è un consiglio medico

Punteggi, stime, piani e consigli di Brawn, del Coach AI compreso, sono informazioni generali per lo sport e il benessere: non sono diagnosi né terapie. Prima di iniziare o cambiare un allenamento, una dieta o un integratore, soprattutto con problemi di salute, infortuni o in gravidanza, senti il tuo medico. Ti alleni sotto la tua responsabilità e ascoltando il tuo corpo.

Il tuo account

• Devi avere almeno 16 anni.
• Tieni riservata la password; sei responsabile di ciò che succede con il tuo account.
• Puoi eliminarlo quando vuoi da Impostazioni (come).

Cosa non fare

Non usare Brawn per molestare altre persone, pubblicare contenuti illegali, offensivi o di altri senza permesso, né per provare ad accedere a dati non tuoi o a danneggiare il servizio. Possiamo sospendere o chiudere gli account che violano queste regole.

I tuoi contenuti

Ciò che inserisci resta tuo. Ci autorizzi solo a conservarlo e mostrarlo a te e alle persone con cui scegli di condividerlo, per far funzionare Brawn.

Brawn Pro

Brawn è gratuito; alcune funzioni richiedono l'abbonamento Pro. L'abbonamento si acquista e si gestisce su Google Play: si rinnova automaticamente alla fine di ogni periodo finché non lo disdici da Google Play (Abbonamenti), e la disdetta vale dal periodo successivo. Prova gratuita, prezzi e rimborsi seguono quanto mostrato al momento dell'acquisto e le regole di Google Play. I diritti che la legge riconosce ai consumatori restano sempre validi.

Disponibilità e responsabilità

Facciamo il possibile perché Brawn funzioni e i tuoi dati siano al sicuro, ma il servizio è fornito così com'è: possono capitare interruzioni o errori, e le funzioni possono cambiare. Nei limiti consentiti dalla legge non rispondiamo di danni indiretti; restano ferme la responsabilità per dolo o colpa grave e le tutele del Codice del consumo.

Modifiche

Se questi termini cambiano in modo importante, te lo diciamo nell'app prima che valgano.

Legge e contatti

The service

Brawn helps you log and understand training, sleep, recovery and nutrition. It is provided by Gianluca Meneghetti (ApexMene). Using it means accepting these terms and the privacy policy.

Not medical advice

Brawn's scores, estimates, plans and advice, the AI coach included, are general sport and wellness information, not diagnosis or treatment. Ask your doctor before starting or changing training, diet or supplements, especially with health conditions, injuries or during pregnancy. You train at your own responsibility.

Your account

You must be at least 16. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete it at any time from Settings (how).

What not to do

Do not use Brawn to harass people, post illegal, offensive or other people's content without permission, or to access data that is not yours or harm the service. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended or closed.

Your content

What you enter stays yours. You only allow us to store it and show it to you and to the people you choose to share it with, to run Brawn.

Brawn Pro

Brawn is free; some features need the Pro subscription, bought and managed on Google Play. It renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it in Google Play (Subscriptions); cancellation applies from the next period. Trials, prices and refunds follow what is shown at purchase and Google Play's rules. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.

Availability and liability

We do our best to keep Brawn working and your data safe, but the service is provided as is: outages or errors can happen and features can change. To the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect damages; liability for intent or gross negligence and consumer protections are unaffected.

Changes

If these terms change in a meaningful way, the app tells you before the change applies.
