Eliminare l'account

Puoi eliminare il tuo account Brawn e tutti i dati collegati in qualsiasi momento, dall'app o dal browser, senza dover reinstallare l'app.

Dall'app

  1. Se vuoi tenere una copia, scarica prima i tuoi dati da Profilo → Esporta dati.
  2. Vai in Impostazioni e tocca Elimina account.
  3. Scrivi ELIMINA e conferma.

Dal browser

  1. Accedi su Brawn web con lo stesso nome utente o con Google.
  2. In Impostazioni tocca Elimina account, scrivi ELIMINA e conferma.

Se non riesci ad accedere

Scrivi a brawnapp.contact@gmail.com dall'indirizzo collegato all'account, indicando il nome utente: lo eliminiamo entro 30 giorni.

Cosa viene cancellato

Subito, dal server: account, allenamenti, routine, piano, misure, foto, sonno e dati di Health Connect, alimentazione, integratori, note, amicizie, commenti e file caricati. Le copie di backup notturne scadono entro 14 giorni. Non conserviamo nulla dopo.

L'abbonamento Pro, se attivo, si disdice da Google Play (Abbonamenti): eliminare l'account non lo interrompe da solo.

Deleting your account

You can delete your Brawn account and all its data at any time, from the app or a browser, without reinstalling the app.

In the app

  1. To keep a copy, first download your data from Profile → Export data.
  2. Go to Settings and tap Delete account.
  3. Type DELETE and confirm.

In a browser

  1. Sign in to Brawn on the web with the same username or with Google.
  2. In Settings, tap Delete account, type DELETE and confirm.

If you cannot sign in

Write to brawnapp.contact@gmail.com from the address linked to the account, with your username: we delete it within 30 days.

What is deleted

At once, on the server: account, workouts, routines, plan, measurements, photos, sleep and Health Connect data, food, supplements, notes, friendships, comments and uploaded files. Nightly backups expire within 14 days. Nothing is kept after that.

A Pro subscription is cancelled in Google Play (Subscriptions): deleting the account does not stop it by itself.
